Fragrant with no heat, this is a rub for all the family. Rub over a whole chicken before roasting, and mix with some softened butter and fresh herbs and use to stuff under the skin over the breasts before roasting. Rub over breast fillets before pan frying, or mix through turkey mince to make healthy low fat turkey burgers.
